Delivery charges

Delivery is free on all orders to UK addresses (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland).

Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days. Delivery then usually takes 7–12 working days. Large items and remote areas, including the Scottish Highlands and Islands, may take longer. Delivery times are estimates.

Tracking

We email a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Items in the same order may arrive separately.

Duties and taxes

Prices include VAT where applicable. There are no additional import charges to pay on delivery to a UK address.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 20 working days of dispatch, email support@elohaven.com and we will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.
