1-year warranty
All Elohaven lighting is covered against manufacturing faults for 1 year from the date of delivery.
What is covered
- Electrical faults in the fitting, wiring or integrated LEDs
- Defects in materials or finish under normal use
What is not covered
- Bulbs and batteries
- Damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse or accidents
- Normal wear and natural variation in materials such as stone, wood and glass
- Use outdoors of products not rated for outdoor use
How to make a claim
Email Ombrenest@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the fault and photos or a short video. We will offer a repair, replacement part, replacement item or refund.
This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
