30-day returns
If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. This is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Conditions
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Lighting must not have been installed or wired.
- Bespoke or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless faulty.
How to return an item
- Email Ombrenest@gmail.com with your order number and the item you wish to return.
- We will reply with the return address and instructions.
- Pack the item securely and send it using a tracked service.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as we cannot process returns sent to the wrong address.
Return costs
If you change your mind, return postage is paid by you. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we cover the cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund you to your original payment method within 14 days. We will email you when the refund is issued.
Damaged or faulty items
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
